This is the Honda OEM part (P/N 51726-S5A-004) that you will need if your car came with the metal upper bearing adapter.

This is needed if you are using our coil-over kits for the Acura RSX, Honda Civic and Civic Si (P/Ns 75.0102, 75.1006, and 75.1007).
